The Supernova plan is the single all-inclusive subscription for AgProAnalytics. It gives you access to every module and feature on the platform — Financials, Animal & Nitrate Management, Actions, Telemetry (Satellite & 3D Terrain Analysis), 365 Planner & Scheduler, Commodities Analysis, eBusiness Cards, and Staff management for up to 50 staff members. There is no feature gating or tiered upsell — one plan, everything included.

Staff members must first register their own account at agproanalytics.com (the sign-up is free). Once registered, you add them from the Staff → Add Staff Member page by entering their email address. They receive a confirmation email, click to accept, and immediately have access to your farm records. The Supernova plan allows up to 50 staff members. A staff member can be added to multiple owners' accounts simultaneously — useful for vets, agronomists, and contractors who work across multiple holdings.

No. A staff member only needs a free account registration. They do not need to purchase a subscription to access a farm owner's account as a staff member. If a staff member also runs their own holding, they can subscribe to their own Supernova plan and be a staff member of another account at the same time — the two accounts are completely separate.

Yes — a 7-day free trial is included. All features are accessible during the trial period. No payment information is required at sign-up. After 7 days, you can subscribe to the Supernova plan to continue. If you do not subscribe, your account moves to a read-only state and no new records can be created.

Yes. The €49/year price includes VAT at the applicable rate for your country. Irish customers pay 23% VAT. EU customers who provide a valid VAT registration number have zero VAT applied. Customers outside the EU (UK, North America, Australia, New Zealand etc.) also pay zero VAT. If you are VAT-registered in Ireland or the EU, enter your VAT number at sign-up and your invoice will show net, VAT and total values for VAT reclaim purposes.

Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. After it ends, your account moves to a read-only state — you can still view and export your existing data, but cannot create new records. Your data is retained for 30 days after cancellation, during which you can export everything. If you resubscribe within 30 days, full access is restored immediately with no data loss.

Telemetry is fully included in the Supernova plan. It uses Copernicus Sentinel, NASA Landsat, and other publicly available satellite data sources via Google Earth Engine. You select a field boundary (or draw one on the map), choose an analysis type (NDVI, EVI, precipitation, terrain etc.) and a date range, and the analysis renders on the map. A standard 5-day satellite revisit cycle applies. Very high resolution commercial imagery is available on request at additional cost.
