By accessing or using AgProAnalytics ("the Service", "the Platform") at agproanalytics.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users including farm owners, staff members, and clients.
AgProAnalytics is a cloud-based farm management platform providing the following modules:
Access to paid features requires a valid subscription under the Supernova Plan (€49/year incl. VAT, up to 50 staff members) or other plans as published on the pricing page. A 7-day free trial is available to new users. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Payment is processed via our payment gateway provider. You may cancel at any time via your account settings.
Users are assigned one of two access levels: Owner or Staff Member. Owners have full access to all modules. Staff Members are added by an owner and have access to all farm record modules for that owner's account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Staff accounts are created and managed by the account owner.
You retain full ownership of all farm data, animal records, field boundaries, and business data you submit to the platform. AgProAnalytics does not claim ownership of your content. You grant us a limited licence to process, store, and display your data solely to provide the Service.
The Telemetry Service uses third-party satellite data sources including Copernicus/ESA Sentinel (Open Licence), NASA Landsat (public domain), Google Earth Engine APIs, ERA5 climate data (Copernicus/ECMWF), CHIRPS precipitation data, NASA SMAP, GLDAS, FLDAS, and geological datasets. Your field boundary coordinates (GeoJSON) are transmitted to Google Earth Engine to perform analysis. By using the Telemetry Service you agree to Google Earth Engine Terms of Service and Copernicus Data Access Policies. Analysis results are approximate and should not be used as the sole basis for agronomic, legal, or financial decisions. Very high-resolution commercial satellite imagery can be ordered separately at premium pricing.
The platform is designed to assist with record-keeping under Irish and EU agricultural regulations. Users remain solely responsible for ensuring their records comply with:
AgProAnalytics does not guarantee regulatory compliance. Always consult your adviser or DAFM for official requirements.
You may not use the Service to: violate any law or regulation; submit false or misleading data; attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts; reverse-engineer or scrape the platform; or interfere with the platform's operation.
The Service is provided "as is". AgProAnalytics makes no warranty that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AgProAnalytics' liability for any claim arising from use of the Service is limited to the subscription fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
All platform software, design, branding, and non-user content are the intellectual property of AgProAnalytics. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before deletion, during which you may request an export.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be notified by email to the account owner.
